Each shall deliver an icc handle, an email, signing statement ( akin to a mission statement, why you want the JewishChristian channel, what you believe, and as you shall see all 10 signers must agree they can accept each others signing statments to form the channel)
The 10 signers must vote to sign and vote on an operator. If they do not all vote to sign then signers can elect to leave or a simple majority of remaining signers can vote to remove them as signer.
Signers have the following powers. They can vote to sign. They can vote to add or remove an operator ( simple majority of all signers), and they cannot be muzzled banned from the JewishChristianchannel no matter what statement. The operator is expected to keep his governing strategedy in line wih that of the signing statements in terms of tolerance. Icc admins are free to ban and muzzle as they choose. If an operator is added who is not a signer he must provide a signing statement similar to the signers, before vote on him as operator, and he will be added to the list of signers for voting purposes.
The power of signers to not be removed by the operator is meant that they can attemp to sway channel policy or discussion no matter how consistent without any means of the operator to stop it other than to comlain to admins as any member can. An operator cannot g-kick a signer no matter what.
When a signing is agreed to by 10 signers, the organizer will mail the statement of the operator, the organizers statmeent, the constituion, and the signing statement of each of the signers to both Lateknight and FREEBIRD requestion the formation of the JewishChirstian Channel, with the voted on operator and the constituion. all 10 signers will be cced on this email.
Before removing an operator a call for election must be made. A simple majority of signers must agree to form an election. If there are 10 signers then 6 must agree to election. Of these 6 only a simple majority ( 4) are required to act. In the event of not voting in any election for the previous 2 years or the last 2 elections, a signer can be removed by teh simple majority of the remainign signers. But only for voting purposes. His right to state as he wills in channel only subbect to icc admins remains, as well as his or her ability to attempt to sway the channel or congeially interact as wished for.
The organizer will invite signers and post their signing statements below. The organizer is free to add and delete signers as he wishes tell he reaches 10 signers. then the organizer will invite a signing. Once a signing is called the signers will be protected from removal accept by above rules that they may elect to leave ( if not all 10 signers agree to a signing and each others mission statements) or the simple majority of the remaining signers may elect to remove a signer from their misdt and the organizer can invite another signer and call for a signing.
Once a signing is agreed to the organizer will call for the signers who wish to be an operator to submit a statement of operator and wish to be operator. Of these after 7 day from the call from operators, a vote will take place over 3 days as needed. if a candiate reaches a simple majority he will be operator. if no candiate gets 6 votes the candidate with teh lease votes will be removed as long as 2 remain and this shall be repeated. If by the dwindling of 2 candiates none gets 6 votes. the organizer can call for a new set of people to volunteer to be operators and commence a new votign cycle. If no operator can be elected no signing will take place. If a signer electes to leave in this process a new signer will be found by the organizer and a new vote to sign shall take place. If this succeedsa new vote for operator will be called.
